Office Update:

Coastside Hope takes the safety and well-being of all involved with our organization seriously: staff, volunteers, clients and the community at large. We want to ensure that we do what we can to continue services, and we ask for your patience with extra precautions for the sake of all of us.  As of Monday, March 23, 2020, we will be adjusting our schedule the following way:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm. Wednesday 1 pm to 4 pm.  We strongly encourage all of our clients to call before coming to our office and book an appointment. Our office number is 650-726-9071. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We will be operating with a modified schedule and procedures from what you are accustomed to. According to the San Mateo County’s Alert System (San MateoPublic Health), gatherings between 10 and 50 people areprohibited, unless there are measures to be taken, like: distance,proper hand hygiene, etc…

We encourage you to stay home and exercise the recommended social distancing. Unless you have an URGENT matter to attend. If it can be resolved over the phone, please call us at 650-726-9071

Coastside Hope toma en serio la seguridad y el bienestar de todos los involucrados con nuestra organización: personal, voluntarios, clientes y la comunidad en general. Queremos asegurarnos de hacer lo que podamos para continuar los servicios, y le pedimos paciencia con precauciones adicionales por el bien de todos nosotros. A partir del lunes 23 de marzo de 2020, ajustaremos nuestro horario de la siguiente manera:

Lunes, martes, jueves y viernes de 9 a.m. a 12 p.m. y de 1 p.m. a 5 p.m. Miércoles de 11 a.m. a 12 p.m. y de 1 p.m. a 4 p.m.Recomendamos que todos nuestros clientes que llamen antes de venir a nuestra oficina y reserven

Estaremos operando con horarios y procedimientos distintos, de los ya acostumbrados. De acuerdo al Sistema de Alerta del Condado de San Mateo (Salud Pública de San Mateo), las reunions entre 10 y 50 personas, están prohibidas, a no ser que, se tomen las medidas requeridas, como son: la distancia entre una persona y otra, el apropiado  higiene de manos, entre otras…

Les sugerimos que se queden en casa y practiquen la recomendación dada, sobre el distanciamiento social. Sólo acuda a la oficina, si tiene un caso URGENTE  que atender, sino, por favor llámenos al: 650-726-9071

The World Health Organization (WHO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations that is concerned with public health. The WHO provides answers to frequently asked questions about the coronavirus, situation reports, and advice for the public, including travel advice.

California Department of Public Health

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is the state department responsible for public health in California. The CDPH has guidance documents for a variety of groups (like health care facilities, employers, and schools), state health news, and much more.
