Immigration & Citizenship
Supporting Clients & Families
Becoming A U.S. Citizen
One of the qualities that makes the Coastside unique is its vibrant and culturally diverse community. People from a wide range of backgrounds, including Mexico, Portugal, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, the Philippines, and beyond, all contribute to the rich fabric of our neighborhood, working together to create a better life for themselves and their families.
Coastside Hope offers support to individuals and families who live and work on the Coastside and are seeking permanent residency. While many aspire to become U.S. citizens, they often find navigating the legal system overwhelming.
Coastside Hope is proud to be a member of the United Coalition for Immigrant Services, a partnership between two collaboratives: CRISP (Collaborative Resources for Immigrant Services on the Peninsula, established in 2005) and SBLISN (South Bay Legal Immigration Services Network, established in 2009). This coalition comprises 16 organizations that provide free and low-cost immigration legal services to children, families, and older adults in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
