Without you, our neighbor, Coastside Hope could not help our neighbors in need. Your generosity makes it all possible. So far this holiday season, you and your neighbors:
* Donated new clothing, gifts, books, and toys to 368 needy households through our Adopt-A-Family Christmas program. In total, you gave Christmas Hope to 1,331 people, including 723 children!
* Donated dozens of warm coats and blankets at local restaurants, businesses, schools, or directly at our office. We gave them to your neighbors in need at the pantry and at our Thanksgiving “Turkey and Warm Clothing Giveaway” day.
* Donated 4,500 pounds of food via the Boy Scout food drive – a new record!
* Donated 4,875 pounds of food (so far) at Safeway!
* Donated 1,650 pounds of food (so far) at the HMB Library!
* Hand-delivered more than 75 turkeys and over 1,250 pounds of food for your neighborhood emergency pantry!
* Donated your time by: collecting toys, books, clothing, and food; answering phones; stocking pantry shelves; distributing food and clothing; wrapping gifts; and much more!
