Rock the Block and Free Citizenship Classes
Did you visit our booth at Rock the Block on May 18th? 
We were there to support this great community-building event –
and to listen to free live bands, of course!
News in Brief:
- With your help, we gave away hundreds of warm coats and turkeys at our Thanksgiving and Christmas giveaways.
- You did it again: Adopt-A-Family 2012 served 366 low-income families and seniors, totaling more than 1,300 people, including 730 families.
- Free Taxes 2013: The numbers are in: Our volunteers prepared 369 returns with an average income of $16,439, leading to more than $430,000 in federal refunds- money that goes into our local economy!
We are happy to report that 37 students have become U.S Citizens in fiscal 12/13
