Reporting to the Programs Director, this position is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that increase awareness of CH programs, strengthen community partnerships, and support equitable access to services. The ideal candidate is passionate about social justice, skilled in public engagement, and highly organized.

Development Associate
POSITION SUMMARY: Coastside Hope seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and equity minded Development Associate to support the organization’s fundraising, donor engagement, and communication efforts.
In this role, you will work closely with the Development Director and play a key supporting role in Coastside Hope’s fundraising campaigns and overall communications strategy to increase our donor engagement and achieve our fundraising goals.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to uplift our Coastside community and enjoys both the operational and creative sides of nonprofit development work, combining strong data management and reporting skills with compelling storytelling and community outreach.
The Development Associate will help strengthen Coastside Hope’s relationships with donors, community members, volunteers, and partners while advancing our mission to enhance the quality of life for all our neighbors and strengthen the overall well-being of our community.

Finance Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Coastside Hope is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the financial backbone of our organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role enables our team to serve more neighbors, secure more funding, and make better decisions.
The Finance Manager supports organizational decision-making, ensures strong financial stewardship, and serves as a key operational partner to the Executive Director and Board Finance Committee. This role will own accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, grant compliance, audit coordination, and internal controls. The ideal candidate is an experienced nonprofit finance professional who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by mission-driven work.
